About The Role

Up to 55,000 per annum



We are seeking an experienced

Contract Manager

to oversee the operational, financial, health & safety, and commercial management of our Paddington office. This is a key leadership role where you will build strong customer relationships, develop your team, and deliver exceptional service in line with our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model.



You will work with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence across all aspects of service delivery.



Key Responsibilities




Manage day-to-day IFM service delivery for the London office. Ensure full contract compliance and timely delivery of all obligations. Oversee purchasing practices using nominated suppliers. Act as the main point of contact for clients, landlords, and suppliers. Implement emergency plans and support health & safety management. Lead and develop site-based teams, including Front of House and Post Room. Manage cleaning and waste services in line with contractual specifications. Take ownership of financial processes, including billing, P&L, and cost control. Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports and KPIs. Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, audits, and risk management. Represent the client at landlord meetings and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For




Proven experience in contract or facilities management within an IFM environment. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L. In-depth knowledge of health & safety compliance. Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.

About You



Qualification, Certifications and Training



GSCE in English and Maths or Equivalent First Aid Certificate (Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum) (Desirable) Fire Warden / Marshal training (Desirable) FM / IWFM qualification Level 4 or above (Desirable) Accredited Health and Safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely


Knowledge, Specific Role Skills and Experience


3 Years + working in a management role on an IFM or multi service contract Demonstratable project management experience Financial control coordination, including PO review and approve Corporate customer direct management experience - To include producing customer reports and attending review meetings
