We're now looking for a

Contracts Manager

to lead projects from concept to completion--ensuring smooth delivery, excellent client service, and continued business growth.

The Role



This is a diverse role, combining office-based work with site visits. Your main responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Managing signage and graphics projects from enquiry to installation. Coordinating with in-house design, production, and installation teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Conducting site surveys and attending client meetings. Using our CRM system to track and manage live projects. Advising clients on signage solutions in line with brand specifications. Overseeing installations to ensure quality and compliance across projects of all scales.

About You



We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will bring:

Proven experience managing signage or branding projects across multiple sites. Strong technical knowledge of signage design, production, and installation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, confident approach. A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask. Commercial awareness with the drive to maximise sales and profitability. Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings (occasional overnight stays required).

Requirements



Minimum 2 years' experience in contract management (required) Background in signage (preferred) Full UK driving licence (required)

Pay: 36,000.00-40,000.00 per year
