Contract Manager - London and South East of England

Grounds Care Group, specialise in carrying out a range of commercial and corporate grounds maintenance services in the South East of England, we have extensive experience of offering grounds maintenance, landscaping, environmental and winter management services to a wide range of clients.

Manage the delivery of our Grounds Maintenance Services Provide successful operational leadership Develop high quality trusted client relationships Demonstrate high levels of expertise and attention to detail Deliver rigorous financial management

Manage multi-site Grounds Maintenance operations contracts Take full ownership of the service delivery by the operations teams Ensure the efficiency of all resources - team, vehicles, plant and equipment Develop and maintain good working relationships with our team, clients and suppliers Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the service line. Ensure all team members are trained and have a supported career development programme. Manage the data collection of all works via our bespoke industry leading technology. Support the growth of the business around the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 43,000.00-50,000.00 per year
