Salary: \xc2\xa335,000 Plus Commission

The Role:

The primary role of the Contract Manager is to ensure the smooth planning, running and execution of commercial and large-scale installation projects on behalf of the organization in and around London. You will have an overall grasp on all commercial project activity from pricing to completion. The Contract Manager is the face of our client at each specific project location and is ultimately responsible for the reputation of the business on that site.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Managing the commercial and large-scale domestic projects in and around London
• Attending sites, pre-start meetings and liaising with clients on the progress of projects
• Working closely with the operations & logistics department to ensure the smooth running of projects
• Managing and compiling all RAMS, health and safety, O&M information for projects in line with client requests
• Upkeep of our compliance especially CSCS cards and our installer qualifications
• Introducing new procedures into the business to improve efficiencies within all areas of installation in a commercial and domestic environment
