We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Building Services team Based in London.
We are looking for a Contract Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on one of our projects in London. The purpose of this role is to ensure that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes. These services must be delivered to budget expectation or better and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure that their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for the service delivery.
Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met.
Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site.
Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site.
Responsible for managing the site P&L account to agreed margins.
Recruitment of any new staff required on site, whether temporary or full time staff to ensure site is adequately resourced for service delivery.
Responsible for the development of all staff under their control, which will include annual appraisals.
Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues within site team
Management of client relationship on a daily basis.
Management of all reports required by either client or Skanska Building Services management team.
Represent SFS at all client meetings.
What you'll bring to the role:
Must have 5 years' experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract.
Experience in business development.
Management and technical qualification.
Experience of managing large commercial sites with values in excess of 1.5m p.a.
Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
