We are currently growing our business, and our office team and as a result we have an opportunity for a

Contract Manager

to manage our MOJ contract and support the wider team, from our specialist Building Services Engineers to subcontractors, and our MOJ administration team.

As the Contract Manager you will lead the delivery of our largest contract within the business, overseeing service delivery and financial performance, managing planned and reactive works, whilst ensuring compliance and client satisfaction are always prioritised.

You'll be supported by an Assistant Contract Manager and a Contract Administrator to help manage daily operations and become part of a small and relaxed team, many of whom have been with the business for many years.

Please note:

Hours of work will be full time, 8am - 5pm, 5 days per week - as a member of the management there may be occasions where you will be expected to work additional hours.

What we need from you:

A proactive and organised Contract Manager and Team Mentor with strong leadership skills. Previous experience in a similar role managing and delivering contracts or large projects within the FM or M&E sector. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Confident team player, passionate about building and maintaining client relationships, and comfortable liaising with engineers, suppliers and providing updates to our management team. Ability to work on multiple tasks, under pressure and work to deadlines. A building services; technical sector or Health & Safety related qualification would be advantageous. Experience of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word & Excel) and a CAFM or CRM management system.
