We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee and administer contractual agreements across various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing contractual relationships, and mitigating risks to support the organisation's strategic objectives. Responsibilities
Monitor contractual performance to ensure all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.
Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal or termination, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Identify potential risks within contractual agreements and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
Liaise with internal departments such as legal, finance, and procurement to facilitate smooth contract execution.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and organisational policies at all times.
Conduct regular reviews of existing contracts to optimise terms and identify opportunities for improvement or renegotiation.
Requirements
Proven experience in contract management.
Strong understanding of facade and envelope systems.
Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and compliance standards within the relevant industry sector.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail coupled with analytical thinking to assess contractual risks and benefits thoroughly.
A recognised qualification in project management or equivalent is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach towards managing contractual obligations while supporting organisational growth and stability.
