Job Title: Contract Manager (Skills)
Location: Letchworth hybrid working.
Starting Salary: \xc2\xa343,516 with the opportunity to progress to \xc2\xa348,587 per annum - Pay increase pending
Hours: 37hrs per week
Contract: Fixed Term Contract to March 2025

Job Duties:

Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership has successfully secured significant funding from the Department for Education to offer a range of to complement our Hertfordshire Opportunities programme (HOP) and sector skills work including \xe2\x80\x98HOP into Film and TV\xe2\x80\x99. As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Skills Contract Manager to join our team who will play a pivotal role in the delivery of Hertfordshire\'s Skill\'s programmes.

The post-holder will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of local Skills programmes and will join an enthusiastic and friendly team, proudly providing specialised training and skills development in Hertfordshire.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You may be overseeing contracts and agreements with stakeholders one day, and ensuring compliance with regulations and KPIs the next. You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for addressing challenges or disputes, preparing reports, monitoring standards of service, liaising with educational institutions and training providers, and attending meetings to ensure project deadlines are met.

We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, can think outside the box and is passionate about the ensuring the success of the Skills Bootcamps programme in Hertfordshire. You will have a project management qualification or equivalent experience, an ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders, the ability to take on line management responsibility, and ideally, an understanding of contract delivery.
