Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planned works programmes across externals and FRA projects
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Lead on compliance, health & safety, and reporting
Requirements:
Strong experience in planned works, externals, and FRA compliance
Proven track record in contract management within social housing or construction
Excellent communication and leadership skills
