Contract Administrator - M Renewables Division, London, UK
Metlen Energy and Metals is hiring a
Contract Administrator
to support our M Renewables Division in London. Reporting to the
Project Director, UK
, this role works closely with the EPC team and project managers to ensure effective contract management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and change orders in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with project, estimating, and legal teams to meet all contractual obligations.
Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and support dispute resolution and claims.
Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and bonding requirements.
Support bids through tender reviews and risk assessments.
Advise stakeholders on contract terms and conditions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
Minimum
3 years' experience
in contract administration, ideally within construction.
Strong knowledge of
contract law
, construction documentation, and project delivery methods.
Experience with
FIDIC
and solar project contracts (PPA, EPC, interconnection agreements).
Excellent organisation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project or contract management tools a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
