About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished

Oracle Financial Lead

who can work with Public Sector/Government clients. The role requires strong understanding of financial consolidation principles, proficiency in FCCS functionalities and experience with

Oracle Cloud EPM.

Essential Skills:

Eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (i.e. must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with finance teams, stakeholders, and other project team members Familiarity with Smart View for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and data manipulation Understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and their integration with EPM Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance. Comfortable with Oracle Cloud update cycles and the impact of patches Oracle Cloud certification in FCCS is often a plus

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate.. Deep understanding of consolidation principles (month end, eliminations) involving multiple organisations is crucial. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing consolidation logic, workflows, and rules within FCCS Strong experience with end-to-end business processes across Fusion Finance especially R2R, and FCCS. Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and automation using tools like Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate, and potentially REST APIs. Experience in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle EPM - FCCS.

Deliverables: responsibilities but not limited to;

Functional Design Document (Core Solution, Integration, Reports, Extensions) Configuration of Workbook, Process Maps Business Change Management, Accessibility and Useability Roles Design
