We are looking for an experienced

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

to work in the

Digital Tax Solutions (DTS)

Team at Deloitte. In response to significant success and an increased emphasis on technology and innovation in a rapidly evolving market, DTS is recruiting a Software Developer to undertake new project work within our business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing software solutions, work across the full SDLC, collaborate with the team and get involved on high-profile projects.This position requires a solid understanding of

as per the tech listed below and SDLC. Your

key responsibilities

will include:

Developing software solutions

as part of a development team working on a product build using an Agile methodology.
Working across the full software development stack and lifecycle (i.e. frontend, backend, DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing)
Managing your own workload and deliverables as part of a product team using

DevOps tools

.
Use platforms such as

Kubernetes and AI-driven

development tools to deploy these technologies across our innovative product suite, with full support from our comprehensive learning resources.
Delivering a high standard of quality through

testing and code review

and liaising with our Quality Assurance teams during testing
Participating in knowledge sharing and peer review across your assigned projects;
Working with the Product Managers and Business Analysts in our team to understand business requirements, dependencies and timelines;

Your professional experience



Minimum of

8 years experience

building products Software development experience working with the following: +

.NET 8+

;
+

SQL or NoSQL

databases (SQL Server or MongoDB preferred);
+ Front-end technologies (

HTML5, CSS, Javascript frameworks - Angular 18+

preferred);
+ Cloud services (

Azure

preferred);
+ Containerisation;
+ Infrastructure-as-code (

Azure Bicep

preferred);
+

Kubernetes

preferred;
+ Familiar with

Generative AI

prompt-based development acceleration/research;

Experience developing

multi-layered products

as a full stack developer, Experience with

Azure DevOps and Git

or similar development repositories Experience of software development life cycle (

SDLC

), test driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
