Summary

We are seeking an experienced contract Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multi-trade projects, ensuring we are delivering high-quality results that align with our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet client expectations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project activities. Provide leadership and guidance to the multi-trade team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control across all works in progress. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout all tasks. Assist in coaching junior staff as required.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience or similar role in the construction industry. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful delivery. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Proficient with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Mechanical/electrical knowledge advantageous. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction. Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20.00-22.00 per hour
