Contract Support Administrator
to join our friendly team in Kettering.

The Role
Reporting to the
Lead Contract Support
, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Senior Account Managers and Account Managers throughout the project lifecycle -- from initial quotation to completion and reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and issuing small-value quotes and clear sample results.
Processing Work Calculation Sheets (WCS) and maintenance contract/additional work orders (including RAMS).
Assisting in maintaining quote and remedial action logs.
Supporting the ordering of materials and labour.
Booking and scheduling work efficiently.
Producing and maintaining reports and spreadsheets.
Sending final reports and certificates to clients.
Ensuring all service work meets contractual and company standards.
Using PPM planning tools and online systems to manage work records.
Updating internal training records.
Providing general support to the wider administrative team.
Representing Sayvol as a professional and reliable service partner.
About You
