About the Role



We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Contract Support Administrator

to join our team at WPS in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our operational teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the contract team, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence. Assist with financial processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, and cost tracking. Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and handle general office duties. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service.

About You



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in an administrative role within a property services or facilities management environment is desirable.
