Contract Support Co Ordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and organised coordinator to join our operational team.

The role includes full responsibility of overseeing seasonal planning of spreading operations, covering all communication, planning and coordinating to ensure that we meet requirements across the summer months, therefore a background in agriculture or similar is required. Outside of our busy spreading season the role will provide daily support to our Operations and Contract managers who oversee our tankering and tipper divisions.

Responsibilities



Coordinate, plan and execute spreading activities (summer months)

Assist with billing, quoting, data analysing with a high level of accuracy

See quotes through to completion of works including administrative tasks for the transport team and review of achieved outputs

Involvement of scoping of works, sampling, site assessment and set up if and when required.

Providing a high level of customer service to our new and existing valued clients.

Collate and review data to analyse contract performance, seek areas of improvement and liaise with our management team accordingly

Requirements



Experience in a demanding role and fast paced environment

Strong administrative skills and experience using CRM, planning tools & Microsoft packages.

An assertive, helpful and proactive approach.

A background in logistics/transport agriculture and/or waste water management is required.

Commercial awareness with an understanding of costing and budgeting

A natural problem solver who thrives under pressure and working to strict deadlines

Full UK driving licence
