WPS is looking for a proactive and highly organised
Contract Support Lead
to join our team in Bromley. This is a full-time, site-based role supporting the delivery of facilities and property services in a dynamic retail environment.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to the site team
Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Support reporting, invoicing, and procurement processes
? What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a contract support or facilities administration role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
