As Site Support Coordinator you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day. Be an ambassador of a one team approach within Operations team, representing CBRE and Client brand.
Accountable for all CBRE responsibilities for their site or sites, including but not limited to team leadership, management of supply partners, ensuring process compliance and delivery of financial requirements in line with Client approved budget. Responsible for all local client engagement, building the local relationship through monthly meetings to support the account vision.

OperationsThis is a central role so you'll need to create and actively maintain constructive and positive professional relationships with clients, colleagues and supply partners
To do that you'll be actively contributing to team huddles and logging your own facilities issues (including chasing down the remedial actions!)
This role helps us to run the business. That includes monitoring the operational team's work to ensure that it is functioning within required standards
You help set the rhythm of business by monitoring and reminding the team of upcoming actions and deadlines
You will own the maintenance of the Site delegated authority (DOA) matrix, the on call rota, the business continuity and disaster plan and the escalation maps. You'll help them to maintain and audit the out of hours escalation rota
As a central coordinator you'll be expert on Client and CBRE policies and procedures. You'll audit them and deliver training on them
You'll assist with the assignment of works tickets to the CBRE team on your sites
You may also help with the CMMS system
You are the knowledge centre of your site team
You are also the team's connection point with other central teams.
You are the administrator of the site's team tracker (for leave and absence) and you escalate trends to management as they are identified
You're the coordinator of new employee onboarding & offboarding. You operate but don't deliver our central training and processes including NDAs, technology set up, etc.
You support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews
You help your team to prepare the Site Monthly Operational Reports, providing the local narrative that identifies trends and potential opportunities for improvement initiatives, including on our KPI's & SLA's
You'll be asked to produce site level ad-hoc reporting as requested by our Client or our Management Team
PeopleYou'll help to sustain and enhance our team culture of recognition
You'll be actively engaged in CBRE's Performance Management cycle and will create your own self development plan
Once that is agreed with your line manager you will actively engage in your development plan
You'll be the owner of the team training matrix, tracking completion and identifying opportunities
Where applicable you'll be submitting timesheets and overtime
To support you, you'll be following all the CBRE People procedures
And you'll be consolidating people reporting for your allocated sites
Supplier ManagementIn collaboration with your operational team you'll be the key point of contact for our suppliers and partner organisations.
This includes obtaining supplier quotes and uploading them onto the internal system for client approval
You'll organise and support the Supplier Performance Management process - attending meetings as required and following up on actions with suppliers
You'll issue and administer our supply partner contracts
You'll administer the Site's work in progress tracker and manage the supplier and partners to ensure their invoices are provided accurately and on time
You are responsible for the setup of new suppliers and their compliance surveys in the CBRE supplier platform (where available)
FinanceHelping the team to manage and process finances is a central aspect of this job. You will be manage the site team's production of purchase orders, billing applications, calculating margins, raising invoices and submitting them to the Client
You will assist with the processing of supplier invoices
We produce a lot of financial data. In this job you will be managing the team's submission and consolidation of some crucial management reports (such as P&L, WiP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO, PO & Invoice Pool).
You'll be vital in helping the Facilities Manager to manage and where needed chase down debt.
You are the right hand of the Facilities Manager and will help them to prepare and review our monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews managing the team's submission and consolidation of some crucial management reports (such as P&L, WiP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO, PO & Invoice Pool).
