Contract Support Scheduler

Job Description

A great opportunity, supporting a key client, you will be the primary point of contact for both external and internal clients, this role is crucial to facilitating the seamless processing of new and existing work orders through our internal system.


As a key member of the Service Delivery Team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client service. Success in this role requires keen attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and outstanding communication skills. In this instance there is particular emphasis on the ability to schedule with the ideal applicant having performed this task or something similar in previous employment.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and oversee specific workflow statuses within the internal CAFM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure all work orders are processed efficiently, meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and internal process requirements. Communicate effectively with engineers and suppliers to obtain detailed updates on work progress, ensuring tasks are completed within contractual SLAs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Senior Management and suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication. Prioritise and organise workload to meet all client requirements set by Regional Account Managers and Team Leader. Consistently achieve or exceed all targets and objectives set by Line Mangers. Monitor and track personal performance against KPIs, proactively seeking opportunities for improvement. Ensure all processes are followed in line with internal guidelines, maintaining compliance with company policies. Regularly review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with business processes.

Skills, Experience and Background



Experience of working within a fast paced, customer centric business Demonstrable experience of scheduling in a work capacity An ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to address client inquiries and provide updates. An experienced team player with an interest in collaborating with others to achieve shared goals Experience of working to and achieving targets and objectives Sound knowledge of technology primarily Microsoft Office
