Job Description

Bruin are proud to be working with a leading well-known firm, in their search for a Contractor Solutions specialist BD Manager to join their existing team.

In this role, you will have a proven track record in a full new business development role and will have previous experience within a recruitment or umbrella business. In addition, you should have experience of construction CIS contractors.

You will know your Tax regulations and your inside from your outside on all things IR35.

This is a home based role with weekly or twice monthly travel to Rugby and some travel for face to face meetings with clients throughout the UK, although some of this can be done virtually.

In addition to an exceptional starting salary, you will also receive a car allowance, quarterly bonus of around \xc2\xa32-5k per quarter, expensed travel and top notch benefits package.
