About the role



A key member of the Direct Works Team working within the Heating & Electrical team acting as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to contractor interaction and day to day management, building, maintaining a good working relationship and setting business expectations.


The contracts supervisor is a role that will be at the core of our business, managing the daily heating & electrical operations contract(s), working closely with the wider scheduling and technical team to organise, plan and deliver services, encompassing contract performance, resource availability, safety compliance and financial processing.


Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required.

Actively contribute and participate in PDR development reviews and discussions, supervision meetings, and other meetings, as required.

Complete training that is relevant for the role.

Flexible approach to working hours to suit the role along with a willingness to regularly travel across the geographical area of GreenSquareAccord

About you



Previous or current experience within contract management for electrical and / or heating operations, must have up to date working knowledge of industry regulations and requirements for Gas / Oil / Electrical testing, strong mechanical electrical knowledge, Strong IT usage with a working knowledge of office programmes including excel.


Dealing with complex problems that have a variety of solutions and making the case for the best one.


Ability to communicate and work with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels, with varying needs and involve them in the development of services
