ADVANCE is seeking a full-time Contractor Support Advisor to join our team. We are seeking someone who is a great team player, has excellent communication skills, can demonstrate phone-confidence, and is able to work independently. We are passionate about delivering world-class service, and the right candidate for this role will share that passion. This new opportunity to join our team will include dealing with daily inbound & outbound calls, as well as emails, ensuring that world class service is provided in every form of communication in line with our core values of passion, respect, teamwork, and world-class service. The primary focus will be for 'first call resolution' and 'going the extra mile' which will provide world class service.

Role Responsibilities:


Provide support to our customers and internal team members via phone and email.
Assist with the resolution of customer issues and concerns.
Pro-actively work towards agreed targets & objectives as follows;
Calls answered within 3 rings or less.
0 missed calls
Prevent any call-backs into the business.
99% of calls handled and not transferred.
Going the extra mile on every call
Being proactive & looking at the bigger picture
100% of calls recorded on our call logging system.

Provide support with other projects across teams as the opportunity arises, and able to learn new skills.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent ADVANCE's core values of passion, respect, teamwork and worldclass service at all times.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate ensuring that they have a full understanding of ADVANCE, ready to equip them to thrive in their role.
