We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the lifecycle of contracts, alongside the contracts manager.
Duties
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Create and maintain job files for all new and ongoing projects.
Schedule and book in jobs, ensuring accurate details are recorded.
Manage and regularly update all relevant spreadsheets and tracking documents.
Liaise professionally with tenants and clients to coordinate works and provide updates.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyors as needed.
Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the team.
Additional minor tasks may be required, but the above represent the core responsibilities of the role.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
