Essential duties & responsibilities



Provide general support and assistance to the Contract Manager, Contract Management Staff and Operations Manager as required. To assist Contract Managers with various day to day contract issues as and when they arise, telephone/email clients, contractors as required. Undertake general administration duties as required to assist in overall contract operation including responding to a significant volume of emails (Microsoft Outlook). Dealing with client complaints appropriately.

Personal Qualities/Skills



Excellent telephone manner with good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be innovative and solve problems whilst dealing with a broad range of people. Ability to prioritise your own workload with minimal supervision and use of your own initiative. Exercise good time management and prioritise workloads whilst under pressure. A team worker with a flexible approach, including the ability to request and offer support from other team members as required.
