Contracts Administrator

Full Time - Hours to be discussed

Due to the award of a further long term contract J C Services & Son Ltd are looking for a Contract Administrator Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications Required -



Level 2 NVQ Certificate/Diploma in Business and Administration

Skills Required -



Construction industry experience is essential

MS office knowledge

Flexible approach to working hours

Meticulous planning and programming skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision

Tenant communication and liaison skills

Duties will include -



Weekly Reporting to directors

Communicate with suppliers & sub-contractors

Updating live spread sheets

Close liaison with the clients, administration staff and project manager

Rate to be discussed dependant on experience.
