We are looking for someone to join our busy team that can confidently be involved in the administration side of projects & the day to day running of various work sites, with the ability to manage & prioritise workload.


Your new role:

Attending and inputting to site meetings.

Experience in producing RAMS


Submitting permit applications for works such as Traffic works & BCO


Checking externally produced BoQ for accuracy.

Preparing and issuing sub-contract & material enquiries.

Capturing data and preparing benchmarking reports to support bids.

Ensuring all key data is effectively transferred to the construction team at handover stage.

Maintaining awareness of demands for our projects.

Supporting colleagues and management.


Liaise with clients, colleagues, other contractors & management.

Good IT skills with Microsoft Office software & AutoCAD & other software.
Core skills requiredAbility to speak and understand English CV Required Driving Licence Keyboard Skills References
