Do you thrive on precision, process, and seeing the impact of smart supply chain decisions? We're looking for an organised and proactive Inventory and Procurement Officerto join our team at Certsure, supporting the smooth running of our web-shop and procurement systems.

Working closely with our Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you'll be the maintaining accurate stock control, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring web content reflects live inventory.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in stock management and procurement, who can work independently and contribute to continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:



Manage inventory for our NICEIC Direct web-shop, maintaining accurate stock levels and valuation. Run MRP reports, create purchase orders, and set min/max triggers to anticipate demand -- especially for seasonal or regulation-sensitive products. Collaborate with vendors to mitigate aged stock risk, process returns, and reduce write-offs. Maintain product data in our ERP system, ensuring codes, pricing, and lead times are up to date. Liaise with the NICEIC Digital Team to keep the online shop content accurate and current. Drive supplier onboarding -- supporting contract reviews, credit checks, and stakeholder engagement. Monitor supplier performance and contribute to contract database maintenance. Support procurement projects and promote best practice across the business.

What we're looking for



Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control. Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management. Understanding of logistics, freight, and stock return procedures. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Able to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines. Flexible and open to change, with a practical and collaborative mindset. Holds a relevant qualification (CIPS Level 4 or IOSCM Level 2/3 as a minimum).
