Equans is looking for an experienced and dedicated Contract Manager to join our team in Bellshill. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company car or car allowance, bonus and benefits package.
As Contract Manager, you will utilise your strong background in social housing and compliance to manage contracts effectively and deliver high-quality service in a fast paced enironment.
WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?
Be accountable for the financial performance of the contract
To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups
Ensure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of RAMS, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients and end users
Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisations
Manage the client service delivery, which is spread over a number of locations, by ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner
To agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract
To set, monitor and control SLA's and KPI's seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders
Ensure mobile personnel manage the contract to the agreed SLA's and KPI's as they apply to technical and related services.
To work with the mobile teams in planning, implementing and monitoring the standards of all works relating to the PPM schedule and all reactive works
To work with operational personnel and the support team to ensure all completion times for planned, corrective and reactive works are correctly logged and recorded within the client/company's asset management system
Review the monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the Account Manager as necessary
To review contract performance monthly with the Account Manager and agree future plans
Develop and Monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews
Deliver training and corporate briefings
To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
To manage any support functions as required to deliver a coherent service
To review the interface with third party suppliers and sub-contractors
To maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services
To regularly meet with the client to further understand their organisation and requirement
To drive profit improvement through generation of sales and ensuring cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams

WHO ARE YOU?
Previous contract management experience, with a background in Social Housing and compliance.
A sound technical background, supported by recognised M&E qualifications
Good knowledge of building services and legislation
H&S Qualification
Water Systems and Legionella Control - HSG274
Experience of using a CAFM system
Asbestos awareness
Computer literate
An excellent communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, the clients, other service partners and suppliers.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised, as well as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to change with the ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
Full, clean drivers licence is essential
