Contracts Manager

to join our dynamic team. With at least

5 years of proven experience

, you will lead our contracting processes, drive profitability, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement contracting strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and manage Contracts Supervisors, Site Managers and Site Teams, ensuring project excellence. Build strong vendor and client relationships, negotiating favourable terms. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Drive process improvements, leveraging technology and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

5 years' experience

as a Contracts Manager. Strong leadership, risk management, and financial acumen. Exceptional client relationship and problem-solving skills.
