My client - a highly respected regional main contractor - is seeking a

Contracts Manager

to oversee several live projects up to

10m

in value, spanning commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and community developments.

The Role

As

Contracts Manager

, you'll take strategic oversight of several schemes from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring operational, commercial, and quality targets are delivered to the highest standard.



Your responsibilities will include:


? Overseeing multiple projects up to

10m

across the South West Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Site Managers, and operational teams Driving programme, quality, and safety standards on all live sites Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners Supporting pre-construction, planning, and resourcing activities Monitoring commercial performance alongside QS teams Tackling challenges proactively and ensuring seamless project delivery Ensuring each project aligns with the company's standards, values, and long-term objectives
