We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. This role combines methodical planning with hands on site management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the site management and safe installation of fire rated and non fire rated products.
Work closely with internal departments including Pre-Construction, Design and Commercial, as well as with the Main Contractor and other Sub Contractors.
Compose and maintain a detailed project installation programme and manage against this.
Ensure installations are as per approved drawings and are of the highest standards.
Forecast labour required and manage the day to day running of the site and supervision of fixer and labour teams.
Compose project specific RAMS.
Maintain health and safety standards and paperwork i.e. RAMS, training, Toolbox Talks etc.
Ensure quality and assurance protocols.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally within the glazed partitioning environment.
Excellent project management and organisational skills with proven experience of meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills
Accurate with a keen eye for detail.
Conscientious and committed.
Previous experience of supervising labour teams.
Commercial awareness.
Ideally NVQ Level 4 or above.
CSCS Black Card.
SMSTS.
IT literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software experience ideal but not essential).
