We have secured a new framework with D?r Cymru Welsh Water that will last up to eight years, this will see MMB tackle projects across the DCC region covering both clean and wastewater treatment sites, as well as below ground assets, reservoirs and nature-based solutions.


After securing our first framework with DCC at the beginning of AMP6, our presence in Wales has grown significantly, directly employing over 270 colleagues in the country across all roles, from frontline construction to design and management positions.

With sites located across the South West of Wales, including: Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Swansea

As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of schemes that enhance our environment and communities - from improving flood defences, to upgrading water treatment works and providing nature-based solutions that improve biodiversity. Our Contract Managers are great communicators, motivators & leaders, who have a wealth of technical knowledge, and have full ownership of the whole process from inception to handover.

The role of a Contracts Manager includes:

Instilling the company culture and driving consistency acrossa number ofschemes for theorganisation Leading a team of site managers to ensure successful execution of theprogramme Improving awareness,complianceand performance with company standards & processes Facilitating the growth and development of the team Overall responsibility for commercial andprogrammedelivery whilst ensuring client satisfaction

What you'll need:

CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience Understand civil engineering principles and practices Knowledge of NEC3 or 4 Excellentorganisationand problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
