The Opportunity




We now have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to support the delivery across multiple surfacing projects nationally. Working with our SiteBatch team you'll be in a specialised mobile batching plant operations. Where you'll oversee projects from mobilisation through to demobilisation. You'll spend time onsite as plants are assembled, operated and relocated. You'll be the go-to person, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance and strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing



Managing multiple contracts simultaneously, including supervisors, site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Taking a key customer-facing role, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations, performance, and commercial commitments are met. Ensuring all permits, documentation, contractual obligations and site records are in place and up to date. Supporting commercial success through effective planning, resource management, cost awareness and KPI performance.

Who you are



An experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager from construction, highways, concrete, utilities, or major infrastructure environments - with knowledge of CGBM & RCC materials. Comfortable working nationally, spending time onsite for several weeks where required. Commercially aware with strong understanding of contracts, performance targets and financial accountability. A confident communicator and relationship builder, able to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive and committed to delivering safely and efficiently.
