We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager with Concrete Repair Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing remediation contracts effectively. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all contractual agreements are executed efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Contract Manager will be responsible for negotiating terms, building relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing project management activities related to contracts.
The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across the North Of England.
Duties
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure clarity and understanding of contract obligations.
Manage the lifecycle of contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth contract operations.
Oversee project management activities related to contract fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery of services or products as per the agreement.
Utilise IT tools and software, including Microsoft Word, MS Project, Excel to draft, review, as necessary.
Implement effective time management strategies to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in contract-related projects.
Experience
Proven experience in contract management and Concrete Repairsor is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience in project management is desirable, showcasing the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in IT applications relevant to contract management processes is necessary.
A background in leadership roles is preferred, highlighting the ability to build teams and foster collaboration.
