Description





We have an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as a Contracts Manager. In this role you will focus on targeted growth business opportunities through extruded Aluminium products, fabricated, & value added "MaaS" streams.




You will maintain relationships and business levels with existing customers, whilst developing new customer-relationships to offer a broader product and service portfolio.



This role is a hybrid role based from our site in Cradley Heath.

Key Responsibilities





Focus on development of tk Extrusion and Materials as a Service revenue streams Identifying new Business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, and new partnerships Building relationships with new and existing clients and developing proposals to address these needs Supporting the budgeting process to meet EBIT/tkVA requirements Delivering sales target Making promotional calls Continually monitor performance of allocated accounts Conduct research to identify new markets Promote the company's capabilities and tailor towards customer's needs Sales order entry into SAP system where required Prepare sales quotations & contracts Supporting the creation of strategic proposals and bids Maintain regular customer stock lists & SAP contract reports and manage inventory levels Keep records of sales activities, revenues, and invoicing Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support Coordination of activities both internal and external to ensure contract deliverables are met Work in conjunction with Credit Control on cash collection and credit limits Working with the wider business on MaaS strategy Ensure all functions are performed in accordance with tk compliance requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Experience within a similar role within the metals industry Contract management experience Proven sales track record Experience in customer support Market knowledge Excellent negotiation skills Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Analytical skills Excellent interpersonal / communication skills Highly motivated Flexible, adaptable, and prepared to learn
