Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team in south west london. In this pivotal role, you will oversee contract negotiations and management, ensuring that our projects align with our mission of excellence in property refurbishment. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of contract negotiations and administration. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Collaborate with project managers to align contracts with project goals. Monitor project progress and resolve any contractual issues. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare reports on contract performance and project status. Conduct risk assessments related to contracts. Provide guidance on contract terms to the project team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the construction or property development industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: 48,061.46-70,000.00 per year
