We're currently looking for a

Contracts Manager

to join our team at our head office in

Uddingston

. This is a key role with full

P&L responsibility

, overseeing the operational delivery of services across a portfolio of mobile and static client sites. You'll lead from the front--ensuring compliance, driving performance, and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing



Overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of PPM, statutory compliance, reactive maintenance, and quoted works. Taking full ownership of contract delivery, including financial performance and client satisfaction. Leading a multidisciplinary team--including engineers, supervisors, helpdesk, admin, and technical support. Managing subcontractors to ensure service quality and value. Planning and scheduling all tasks effectively with accurate data handling and system updates. Monitoring and improving KPIs across PPM, WIP, job costing, and compliance reporting. Producing monthly client performance and innovation reports, and leading review meetings. Reviewing and authorising cost cards and ensuring accurate quotation management. Continually improving processes through audits and forward-thinking solutions.

What You'll Bring



Solid experience in a similar management role within the Facilities Management sector. A strong grasp of service delivery, contract compliance, and technical standards. Confident working with CAFM and finance systems (NAV Dynamics experience is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office--particularly Excel. Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams. Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements. Commercially astute with a collaborative and client-focused approach.
