Are you a skilled Contracts Manager seeking a role with greater impact and ownership? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, Glasgow-based specialist joinery business renowned for delivering bespoke, high-quality interiors and installations to prestigious clients across the UK.

About the Role



As part of our continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, we are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of complex joinery and interior fit-out contracts. You'll take full ownership of projects following the initial negotiation phase, playing a supporting role in final contract discussions where required and driving execution through to on-site installation.

This is a key delivery-focused role, offering the chance to work across multiple high-profile projects and shape outcomes through your attention to detail and leadership.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the delivery of multiple bespoke joinery and fit-out contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to exacting specifications Support contract negotiation processes as required, working closely with commercial and project leads Work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle Monitor progress, programme, and contractual compliance, proactively resolving any issues Oversee and coordinate site installations, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements Hire and manage site joiners when needed to meet project demand Prepare and present progress reports for senior leadership Support continuous improvement in project delivery and contract administration

About You



Demonstrable experience in a Contracts Manager role, ideally within bespoke manufacturing, joinery, fit-out, or construction sectors Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with excellent project delivery skills Ability to read and interpret both client-issued drawings and internally produced manufacturing drawings, and confidently work from those documents Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in coordinating subcontractors or direct labour, including recruitment when required Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A keen eye for detail and a passion for consistently achieving quality standards Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
