Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



? To contribute to the expansion of the current client database in line with our business objectives.

? To develop the performance of individuals to ensure that we deliver a first-class service to all of our clients.

? To manage the financial element of all works in progress for the good of the company.

? To implement health and safety at all levels at all times.

? To manage staff from a personal and business perspective.

? To survey, scope /tender works and programme the works in efficiently and effectively.

SKILLS REQUIRED:



? To implement works and meet client expectations by:

- Identifying client's needs.

- Implementing work processes (health & safety) to the clients requirements.

- Liaising effectively and regularly with the client and the loss adjuster at all times ensuring that all office files are up to date.

- Monitor levels of customer satisfaction.

?

Develop productive working relationships by:



- Establishing and maintaining the trust and support of customers.

- Communicating effectively and assertively with customers, contractors, site operatives and colleagues.

- Minimising conflict by showing integrity and fairness in decision making.

- Ensure all information is up to date and correct at all times.

?

Develop individuals performance by:



- Identify areas for improvement.

- Provide development plans/recommendations for individuals.

- Allocate apprentices correctly to give an opportunity to be mentored continuously in conjunction with the Managing Director.

- Dealing with poor performance, disciplinary and grievance issues in conjunction with the Managing Director.

Ensure the services we offer meet the standards proposed by:



- Agreeing and working to service level agreements as required by all clients.

- Ensure that these standards include the legal and organisational responsibilities for achieving a healthy and safe working environment.

- Keeping accurate records to maintain high standards.

- Taking prompt and effective action to correct any non-compliance with these standards.

Ensure the Financial element of all works are in order at all times by:



- Submitting final accounts promptly and efficiently.

- Chase, where necessary, any outstanding debt applicable to your specific works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year
