Responsibilities
Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts for various projects within the organisation.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers to align contract terms with project goals and timelines.
Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies that arise.
Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and related documentation.
Conduct regular reviews of contracts to identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication regarding contract terms and obligations.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in contract management processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in contract management or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project for project tracking and reporting.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities to motivate team members and drive successful outcomes.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interactions with clients and stakeholders.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites as necessary.
