The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent management, negotiation, and communication skills to contribute to our ongoing success in the construction and project management sectors.
Based from our office in Leeds you will be responsile for sites across the UK. Working away from home on occasion will form part of this role
Responsibilities
Deliver projects to our High Standards
Manage the lifecycle of contracts from inception through to completion
Coordinate with project teams, clients, suppliers, and legal departments to facilitate smooth contract execution.
Monitor contractual performance and ensure all parties adhere to agreed terms and deadlines.
Run a small team of operatives and manage sub contractors
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies related to contractual obligations.
Maintain organised records of all contractual documents and correspondence for audit purposes.
Conduct site surveys and deliver project works
Skills
Proven management/ Supervisor experience within one (or more) of the following industries
Invasive Weeds
Grounds Maintanance
Tree & Vegetation clearance works
Hard & Soft Landscpaing
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities capable of guiding teams and fostering collaborative relationships.
Ability to solve solutions for a wide ranging client base
Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of contract terms and negotiations.
IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software or systems as required.
Valid & clean driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
