We are seeking a Contracts Manager who will project manage and provide specialist advice for all Locala's income contracts together with related Sub-contracts and all expenditure contracts providing the day-to-day support in contract negotiation, monitoring and management.
This is a key role in supporting the organisation to deliver a robust contracting function across all of Locala's contracting needs, supporting and maintaining appropriate contract governance, ensuring signed contracts are in place for all services, negotiating and developing contracts, overseeing, jointly undertaking contract management and reporting with Locala operational colleagues.
You will liaise with all levels of stakeholders internally from service line through to the Executive Management Team, whilst overseeing the management of all Locala's contracts. Relationship management between stakeholders will include all ongoing liaison and negotiation relating to contract issues with commissioners, Sub-contract providers and all suppliers.
