Shape the Future as Our Contracts Manager





Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our client's highly respected Risk Management team in London, where you'll be at the forefront of managing and delivering every aspect of the firm's supplier contract process. Reporting to the General Counsel's office, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, safeguarding key relationships, and delivering value across the business.



You'll have the autonomy to lead contract negotiations, implement best practice, and influence key stakeholders, all while building relationships that matter. It's your chance to own critical projects, mentor others, and elevate the function with your expertise.



Key Responsibilities





Take ownership of supplier agreements, leading reviews and negotiations that directly drive the firm's operational excellence and long-term success.


Partner closely with teams across the business to strategically define requirements, align priorities, and deliver impactful, tailored solutions.


Serve as a trusted expert, guiding teams through complex contract terms and risk assessments to empower confident, high-stakes decision-making.


Champion innovation and efficiency by continuously optimising the bespoke contract management system, driving smarter processes and supporting agile business operations.


Lead the charge in establishing and elevating supplier due diligence practices, setting benchmarks that define industry excellence.


Inspire growth by designing and delivering training that empowers teams to thrive, accelerating their performance and fostering continuous professional development.


Play a pivotal role in safeguarding operational excellence and compliance, ensuring every procurement process runs seamlessly and upholds the highest standards.


What We're Looking For





A UK (or Commonwealth equivalent) qualified lawyer with a proven track record in contract management.


Dynamic multitasker and effective communicator, comfortable working alongside senior leaders.


Detail-oriented, with outstanding writing, organisational, and analytical abilities.


Experience within a top-tier law firm or the legal/contract administration function of a major business.


Knowledge of data protection law is advantageous.


A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach.
