Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Euro Building & Maintenance Contractors Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining our high standards of service. This position is crucial for fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. MUST HAVE BRICKWORK KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of contract administration from inception to completion. Manage site teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to facilitate collaboration. Drive continuous improvement in contract processes and project execution. Utilize IT systems and software to track project progress and quality and manage documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience in contract management within the construction industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex discussions. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office applications; familiarity with project management software is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
