We are currently seeking an experienced

Contracts Manager

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to work across multiple live contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple M&E contracts from inception to completion Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Support and assist company directors with project coordination and planning Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Monitor budgets, costs, and project milestones Prepare progress reports and attend client/site meetings as required

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in contract/project management within the M&E or construction sector Strong understanding of building services including plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously A proactive, solution-focused approach Full UK driving licence
