We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Standards Lifecycle team within the Science, Research & Innovation group.
The postholder will work closely with both scientific project leaders to gain further insight into the scientific objectives of the project and with the legal experts to review and draft associated legal agreements. Legal agreements may take the form of research contracts, specialist commercial contracts, collaboration agreements, confidentiality agreements, material transfers and intellectual property agreements to facilitate the scientific delivery of stator functions and underpinning research.
Our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they meet the following criteria:
A degree or equivalent in a biological sciences degree, or similar field.
Work experience in contract management, review and negotiation.
Substantial work experience in a scientific or pharmaceutical sector.
The Civil Service Behaviours of Working Together, Seeing the Big Picture, and Communicating and Influencing.
