About the Role



We are excited to share that we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Contract / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of soft furnishings packages to the Build to Rent (BTR) and Student Accommodation sectors. The role involves managing projects from initial client briefing through to installation and handover, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Contacts and experience in these sectors are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Project Planning & Delivery



Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept through to installation and completion. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate procurement, delivery schedules, and installation logistics.

Client & Stakeholder Management



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and contractors. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal teams.

Design & Procurement Coordination



Work closely with design teams to interpret client briefs and finalise specifications. Liaise with procurement and production teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Manage cost control of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and soft furnishings.

On-site Management



Oversee installation teams and ensure compliance with site health & safety requirements. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly. Perform quality control checks and ensure snagging is completed before handover

Reporting & Administration



Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and contracts. Prepare final handover packs for clients, including warranties and aftercare information.
