The Role:

We are seeking an innovative Contract Team Leader to join our professional team. You'll build client relationships, manage on-site activities, and work alongside our architects, designers, and suppliers to deliver exceptional projects while maintaining the integrity and respect of our clients' premises.

Key Responsibilities and skills:

o Plan and delegate on-site activities with our in-house team and supply chain

o Arrange and manage sub-contract packages, obtaining competitive quotes and negotiating favourable terms

o Manage designs and raise discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders

o Raise variations and coordinate with the team to resolve issues promptly

o Provide weekly progress reports and updates

o Ensure health and safety compliance on all sites

o Monitor contract compliance and deliver high levels of client experience

o Research and source new suppliers to improve our supply chain

o Provide training, guidance and mentoring to team members and contractors

o Prepare and issue valuations working with our quantity surveyor

o Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)

o Experience in Monday.com ideal, but not essential as training will be provided.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
