We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Manager to oversee and manage contracts within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and negotiation skills, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining effective communication with clients and staff. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational abilities and a solid understanding of project management, particularly within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple contracts
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams
Monitor budgets, timelines, and site progress
Ensure health & safety compliance
Support estimating and project planning
What were looking for
Experience in construction contract management
Strong communication & organisation skills
Ideally carpentry background however not essential.
SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
A good understanding in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, is preferred however not essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to contract management is advantageous.
