We are currently seeking an experienced

Contracts Manager

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our maintenance contracts and supervising our staff across various sites. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a background in grounds maintenance or a related field, who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of commercial and estate maintenance contracts Coordinate and lead site teams to ensure work is completed to high standards and within deadlines Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships Manage staff schedules, performance, and health & safety compliance Monitor site progress, report issues, and implement solutions when necessary Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control Assist with planning, logistics, and procurement of materials and equipment

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the grounds maintenance or landscaping industry Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across various locations Flexibility to work later hours and occasional weekends if required

Working Hours

Summer:

7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Winter:

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
(Some flexibility may be required depending on workloads)
